Our Atlanta Operations has an immediate opening for a Location Scheduling Specialist (LSS). Under general supervision, the Location Scheduling Specialist provides complete administrative and technical support to a team of Field Engineers.
The incumbent’s main responsibility is to assist our Field Engineers in improving their time with our clients while developing trusting relationships with the consultants, Group Manager for Field Engineer (GMFE), Operations Engineering Manager (OEM), and Location Scheduling Services Manager (LSSM).
The Location Scheduling Specialist will organize, prioritize, plan efficient travel and schedule client visits for a team of Field Engineers. LSSs maintain individual Field Engineers daily work calendars by ensuring there is an efficient and balanced workload. The LSS will create and distribute visit agendas, ensure visit orders are completed, closed, and establish the most efficient schedule for assigned Engineer. The LSSs are the liaisons between the office and Filed Engineers.
Incumbents interact with clients (internally and externally) every day. In many cases, they are the first contact that local site managers have with FM /FM Affiliated/MBRe. Incumbents are required to have strong customer service skills. Incumbents are tasked in the field operations to support field engineering teams and office engineering functions.
Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

4 year College Degree/Bachelors preferred. Combination of education and work experience will be considered
Minimum 2 years administrative experience supporting a work group and/or manager.
Project coordination experience preferred
