Summary:
Reporting to and under the supervision of the Manager, Talent Operations, this role spans all concentrations of Talent Management within the HR Operations function. The Talent Operations Analyst provides direct support to key processes within the employee lifecycle including talent review, learning and leadership development, talent acquisition, talent technologies, programs, resources and tools.
A critical component to the Analyst role is support of programs and policies created by CoE strategies to ensure execution and adoption within the business. The Analyst uses working knowledge of global talent programs to effectively support design, administration, and reporting. Receives instructions and guidance, as required.
Schedule & Location:
This is an exempt, office-based position in Johnston, RI. Monday, Tuesdays, and Thursdays are required in-office days. Employee has flexibility to work remotely on Wednesdays and Fridays, based on business needs.
- Support the implementation and management of identified processes, programs and systems with a high degree of customer service, effectiveness, and efficiency
- Assist in supporting the tracking and reporting of metrics as an input to measuring the effectiveness of programs
- Address and resolve cases and tickets related to technologies, programs, and processes to ensure the business completion
- Coordinates with vendors, administrators, and other CoE teams within and outside HR allowing integration and alignment of responsible global programs and processes
- Analyzes programs and processes to identify areas of improvement, enhancements, and efficiencies - support as requested
- Assist with maintaining and updating the global talent management processes, tools, and resources to ensure consistency, accuracy, timely and cost-effective delivery
- Support overall requests within Talent Operations – planning, reporting, system testing, communication, program support, vendor partnership, etc.
- Monitor and configure technology enhancements and improvements (as possible and in partnership with the Product team) within systems/technologies and share relevant knowledge to support program development and enhancements
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
Required Work Experience:
- 1-3 years demonstrated experience in Human Resources supporting and enhancing processes and programs with associated technologies
Highly Preferred Work Experience:
- 4-5+ years of related work experience
- Talent Management experience a plus
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience of effective oral and written communication skills with key stakeholders, including managers and employees
- Willingness to be adaptable, flexible and demonstrate the ability to change in support of business objectives.
- Comfort working with multiple technologies at the same time
- Comfortable working in an environment in which business processes, tools, deadlines etc. are continually evolving
- Previous experience managing small scale projects, activities and tasks at the same time to meet competing deadlines
- Detail-oriented, analytic, energetic and self-motivated individual
- Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel. *Experience supporting organizations with high degree of complexity
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

The hiring range for this position is $70,300-$101,100 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
