The Sr. Administrative Assistant will support and directly report to the Vice President, Chief Counsel, Real Estate.

  • Provide support as directed to ensure the Legal Department's goals and objectives are accomplished and the Legal Department runs smoothly
  • Maintain and refine internal processes that support the Legal Department and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow
  • Provide administrative support for the Legal document repository, spreadsheet creation, filing, typing, and creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain confidentiality, best practices and professionalism with all materials

Preferred candidates shall have:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a law department or in the legal field
  • Excellent written and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain positive, supportive working relationships with all management levels and cross-functional teams
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills; attention to details
  • Demonstrate an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects, initiative additional tasks and organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

The hiring range for this position is $26.63 - $38.31 USD per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
