Cleveland Operations is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, creativity and be a self-starter.
Depending on the level of the candidate's skill and experience this position may be eligible for Administrative Assistant III. Varying levels of experience and qualifications will be considered.
- Calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and follow up.
- Arrange and coordinate in-person and remote meetings for various Cleveland Ops teams.
- Assist in maintaining and updating calendars, employing a high degree of professional judgment with respect to prioritization, location, travel time, preparation, materials, and logistics.
- Reserve meeting location(s), confirm and follow up on technology needs, make travel arrangements, catering, reservations, and security notifications as needed.
- Assist the team in answering phone calls on the reception line.
- Capture and act on expense reports as appropriate when received with required approvals.
- Assist and back-up other administrative assistants, when needed.
- Demonstrate teamwork and responsiveness to the broader staff by assisting and providing back-up support to fellow administrative assistants as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma, college preferred.
Required Work Experience:
5+ years of related work experience is required.

High level of organizational skills, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
Excellent professional judgment and discretion.
Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
