We’re seeking a Procedure Specialist to join our high-performing team and play a pivotal role in supporting operational staff with the Client Service Process. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a global insurance environment while making a meaningful impact across multiple business units.

Responsibilities include:

  • Support Client Services:  Account number assignment, non-prospect client/broker updates ensure data/address/contact accuracy.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Liaise with Corporate Reinsurance and Finance for Treaty Processing and reinsurance workflows.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain consistency and accuracy across global systems including BE (Business Entity), SRS (Strategic Management System)   Document Distribution, and Account Master.
  • Reporting: Develop, analyze, and deliver reports to corporate and operational stakeholders.
  • Champion Process Adherence: Coordinate resources to ensure workflows and procedures are followed effectively.
  • Partner with Methods Analysts: Support systems and processing initiatives to meet team goals.
  • Document & Improve: Write and edit procedural documentation to streamline operations and boost efficiency.




High School or equivalent and minimum 2 years’ experience in a business/office role or environment is preferred
Self-motivated/Self Starter
Team oriented
Organized and detail oriented
Customer-focused
Strong with written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; especially Excel
Strong computer/Microsoft office skills (research, some excel, analysis)
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Excellent interpersonal skills
