We are currently looking for a full-time team-oriented individual to join our Global Location Scheduling Services team for a 6-month temporary position. In this role you will conduct visit scheduling for a team of Field Engineers.
Responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with our clients to schedule field visits for the engineers.
- Manage the timeliness of assigned orders and coordinate schedules to meet corporate and operational objectives.
- Extensive Calendar management associated with scheduling visits, focused on customer experience, scheduling efficiency and logistics to support field engineers.
- Preparing and distributing field visit agendas.
- Interact with clients and brokers daily and follow best practices to meet Service Level objectives to provide high levels of client satisfaction.
- Efficiently handling internal and external communication.
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Proven administration experience ideally involving scheduling and diary management.
- Excellent computer skills particularly Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented and able to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Strong problem-solving capability and change agent.
- Strong planning and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills; oral and written.
- 4-year College Degree/Bachelors preferred or equivalent. Combination of education and work experience will be considered.
- Fluency in English and French is required, and fluency in another European language desirable (Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish).
