This position is based at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, MA, supporting both the One Bistro Restaurant. The property is owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC, the real estate division of FM, offering a dynamic hospitality environment with strong organizational support.

Shift Hours:
- Sundays:3:30pm-11:30pm
- Mondays: 10am - 5pm
- Flexibility to work other shifts as needed to support business operations
Holidays:
- This is a 24/7 operation, so holiday coverage is required
- Christmas Day is the only exception
- Flexibility is offered to take alternate days off when holidays are worked
The Wait Staff/Server's primary responsibility is to provide courteous table service to all dining room guests. Guests are welcomed and orders are taken. All courses are delivered and retrieved promptly. All meals and drinks are served to guests using proper serving techniques. Food and beverage charges are accurately recorded.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of prior wait staff experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills. Able to handle difficult situation ( i.e. disgruntled customer). Must be personable, friendly and provide excellent customer service. Professional posture.
The hiring range for this position is $7.60 to $9.50 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience.
